I'm Rick Ross, a Real Estate Salesperson with Coldwell Banker Elite and I'm a Fredericksburg native. I grew up here. I've lived in Stafford County, in the city, and in Spotsylvania. I know this area the way most agents only wish they did. Not just the market numbers, but the streets, the neighborhoods, the people.

Before I got into real estate, I spent more than 35 years in retail and customer service. That might not sound like a real estate credential, but it shaped everything about how I work. I learned early that the best thing you can do for someone is listen first, then act. I learned that problems don't go away when you ignore them. And I learned that the difference between a good experience and a great one is almost always the person standing next to you.

That's the standard I hold myself to for every client.

I hold four professional designations, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and MRP (Military Relocation Professional), because I believe serving you well means investing in my craft.
